The BMW ActiveE is the BMW 1 Series Coupé. The vehicle has four full-size seats and a luggage compartment of 200 liters. Among them, directly on the rear axle, the electric motor is located. It delivers 125 kW / 170 hp and its maximum torque of 250 Nm available from a standing start. The BMW ActiveE accelerates in nine seconds from 0 to 100 km / h. The top speed is limited electronically and is 145 km / h.

The energy supply is made ​​up of modules of lithium-ion storage cells, which are distributed on three individual accumulator.
